LOCATION: Southern side of the Marmara Sea about 5 nautical miles from Bandirma, 40° 24' N, 27° 59' E
ANCHORAGE AREAS: Good anchorage in roads a few cables off the entrance to harbour in depths up to 7m.
PILOTAGE/TOWAGE: compulsory. The jetty is private but pilotage and towage and mooring boat services are operated by TCDD Pilot(Turkish Railway Administration).VHF channels 12,13,14 and 16.
BERTHING: Private piers. From jetty to each mooring dolphin 61 m.

CARGO HANDLED: Used for discharging and loading phosphates, sulphur in bulk, sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid, ammonia, bulk and/or bagged fertilizer are export-import are being handled.
